If you're planning to leave your car at the SFO Airport, you might consider using BART's long-term parking plan. Instead of the $10-$15/day fee, you pay $6/day.

You're guaranteed a spot, so long as you arrive before 10 am. Also, there is a 30% cancellation charge.
Just an FYI -- there is no direct BART service from SFO to Millbrae now, so you have to stop through San Bruno first. The strange part is that the BART fare is only $1.50 between Millbrae and SFO, but if you take the service from San Bruno, it's close to $4.05.
All in all, you're better off parking in Millbrae than San Bruno!
